FYI Once again USPS and sometimes UPS which are basically the only two options for getting labels out to our customers, there has been a steady decline in their performance with longer than usual delays and lost packages and neither one will do anything about it. Ive been doing this for many years and never seen this poor level of customer service. Please bare with us and i will make good on any of their short comings.
